Our hotline and reporting form are staffed 24/7. Please do not use any other method such as social media to report a wildlife emergency.

One of our Emergency Response Operators will call you back shortly after lodging an online case to provide advice or to organise the deployment of a trained Wildlife Victoria volunteer. This service is provided to the community at no cost and is made possible by generous donations from the public.
