Sarsha Collett
Sarsha has extensive experience across improving organisational performance, strategic planning, corporate governance, risk management and stakeholder management, as well as leadership in developing positive workplace cultures and high performing teams. She presents as intelligent, capable, warm and engaging with a continuous improvement mindset.
With a career spanning 20 years, Sarsha commenced her career in Forensic Medicine, where she was awarded an Australian Federal Police Operations Medal for outstanding service for international forensic disaster operations. Sarsha then moved into a range of Director roles in Government spanning Programs, People and Culture, Governance and Risk. Sarsha’s last government position was 5 years as Director, Governance and Risk at ARPANSA (Australian Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Agency). Most recently, Sarsha has been the Business Manager for Peninsula Vet Care, a 24/7 specialist emergency and referral veterinary hospital, where she was responsible for strategic and operational leadership.
Sarsha holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) at Monash University, a Masters of Public Health from Monash University and has completed an Executive Education Program at Harvard Business School. Sarsha is also a member of the Risk Management Institute of Australia. She has genuine care for our wildlife, and has previously volunteered at Zoos Victoria.
