Workplace Giving

Workplace Giving programs enable employees to make a difference in their community through regular donations from their pre-tax pay to charities and other not-for-profit organisations. 

These programs offer a way for organisations to harness the collective power of their workforce to achieve amazing results for charitable purposes. Small donations can add up quickly across a staff group, creating significant collective impact and allowing organisations to support their communities in ways that individual donations might not achieve alone. 

Workplace Giving is a powerful way for employees to support charitable causes while fostering a culture of generosity and social responsibility within an organisation. 

Ultimately, Workplace Giving benefits employees, companies, and the broader community by promoting a culture of giving and making philanthropy more accessible. 

 

Employers can sign up for Workplace Giving via platforms such as Benevity, Good2Give or Good Company. Alternatively, some workplaces might have their own Workplace Giving platform. Ask your employer about their Workplace Giving program.
