Lisa Palma
Lisa has been active in the wildlife sector since 2012. Prior to joining Wildlife Victoria as CEO, Lisa provided strategic and operational services to the sector. Alongside her CEO duties, Lisa remains a committed volunteer wildlife rescuer and rehabilitator.
With nearly 30 years of corporate experience, Lisa has expertise in IT, operations, product management, project delivery, and strategy.
She has held executive roles in major Australian banks, leading large teams and managing diverse stakeholders.
Lisa holds an MBA from Melbourne Business School and a Bachelor of Business from Monash University.
She is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a director of a not-for-profit organization supporting migrant and refugee women.
