Kate Bibby

Kate is a passionate advocate for environmental sustainability and community welfare, with over 20 years of executive leadership experience in healthcare and the non-profit sectors. Currently serving as Director of Public Affairs and Communications at Barwon Health, Kate excels in strategic governance, stakeholder engagement, and fostering sustainable partnerships.

A dedicated community contributor, Kate has held board roles with Rotary and YMCA Geelong, where she served as Board President and became a Life Member. She is eager to leverage her expertise to support Wildlife Victoria’s mission of protecting and preserving the state’s unique wildlife.
