Daniel Farley
Dan is a senior leader with close to 30 years experience across both strategic and operational human resources and workplace relations.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Australia, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources from Monash University together with advanced coaching and mediation certifications.
He has both domestic and international human resources experience spanning both large publicly listed corporations (such as BHP Billiton, Coles Myer and Telstra) as well as not for profit, professional services and consultancy businesses.
Throughout his career Dan has several examples of leading and driving workplace cultural change programs, organisational design and operating models.
His roles span Industrial Relations through to HR Director roles.
